Platinum Package Details

Event Space Details:
   Riverside Occasions will provide trained and professional personnel to provide access to the Historic McAllister Farm as well as supervise the Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception.

Day of Coordinator Details:
   Riverside Occasions will provide trained and professional personnel for the direction of ceremonial and/or rehearsal activities to include the wedding party, specified family members and/or specific guests such as lining up the involved participants appropriately, facilitate the start and completion of the ceremony, reception and various activities throughout the event including meal coordination. Assistance and/or direction of setup and breakdown of ceremony and reception materials (tables, chairs, decor, etc.) is also included.  

EmCee/DJ Services:
   Riverside Occasions will contract to and facilitate EmCee/DJ services with Professional Light & Music for the duration of the ceremony and reception. Additional details will be coordinated with Professional Light & Music (www.plmmc.com).

Videographer Services:
   Riverside Occasions will contract to and facilitate Videographer services with Monte Vista videography for the duration of the ceremony and reception. Additional details will be coordinated with Monte Vista Videography (www.facebook.com/MonteVistaVideography).
